Robbie the Robot

I used to doodle this robot all the time at school in my homework planner (who needs to remember homework assignments, anyway?). I think I even wrote whole story boards and comics about his adventures. Well, here he is with a flower because Robbie is a friendly robot and wants peace between robots and humans.

I think my freehand painting could do with some work. I need to make those lines straighter and sharper! I might invest soon in some smaller detail brushes (but I won't have any money for a while). 

I used Barry M - Mango for the base and all the details are acrylic paints.
